The first time I put my mother’s co-op apartment on sale, with a different agent, was more than a year ago. After about 5 months, we finally got a contract for it. Unfortunately, after about 3 months waiting, the buyer was disqualified by the co-op board. Then I asked Claudia to be my agent. She got us 10 offers the first open house. Two weeks later, we got a signed contract. The 3 months that Claudia was our agent, the co-op board and their attorney took most of it to get ready for closing. To me, Claudia was nothing less than a miracle worker. She was professional, kind, and considerate throughout the entire process. She kept me and the buyers on good terms. The first time I put my mother’s co-op apartment on sale, with a different agent, was more than a year ago. After about 5 months, we finally got a contract for it. Unfortunately, after about 3 months waiting, the buyer was disqualified by the co-op board. Then I asked Claudia to be my agent. She got us 10 offers the first open house. Two weeks later, we got a signed contract. The 3 months that Claudia was our agent, the co-op board and their attorney took most of it to get ready for closing. Claudia was a joy to work with while I was purchasing my first home. I met her in August 2021 while I was gathering information about the market. I wasn’t ready to buy at that point but I asked for her to contact me at the beginning of this year. From the end of January to mid-April, she saw over 30 apartments with me and was so patient. She helped me put an offer on one in mid-March and she counselled me when I chose to withdraw that offer due to the building’s financials and flip tax. After I withdrew that offer, she helped me put an offer on another apartment, which is ultimately the apartment I live in now.
